Vivid's state-of-the-art faciilities include seven application stations that are located in an environmentally controlled room, three large walk-in ovens for curing and stabilizing the coatings we apply, and an automated microseparator which extracts any environmentally sensitive chemicals that need special disposal.

Vivid continually calibrates our processes and works explicitly within ISO-9000 guidelines.

Vivid also operates an automated quality control system that includes a color measurement scanner and glossmeter.

  • EMI/RFI Shielding
    We utilize the highest performance materials to give you superior shielding effectiveness at a cost that cannot be beat.
  • Plasma Vacuum Deposition (PVD)
    PVD systems require recycling internal components used to catch and hold excess materials within the vacuum environment. Vivid coats these components using any of the following materials:
    • Copper
    • Aluminum
    • Stainless Steel
    Vivid reduces the amount and size of loose particles which could pose a threat of contamination to your vacuum system, while applying the surface roughness required to get the most out of your vacuum system. Our coatings will reduce your machine down time by providing you with longer service.
  • Electrical Conductivity
    Vivid utilizes special materials and processes that can enhance electrical conductivitiy.
  • Dielectric Materials
    Control current flow within specific parts of an electrical system with dialectric material coatings.
  • Abrasive Surfaces
    Reduce wear on critical components with abrasive surface coatings.

Cosmetic Coating Solutions

Vivid has over twenty-five years of experience in printing on various substrates. We offer a full line of decorative application processes and cosmetic services that include printing, coating and assembly, so you can choose the best solution for your company.

Our graphics department provides custom color matching and in-house cliche development with six stations that are multi-color capable and handle products up to ten tons. We are able to control our inks and ink distribution tools, therefore reducing our lead times and exceeding customer quality expectations.
