A one stop turnkey opetation that can handle all high performance needs.
We can coat a product with conductive coatings for EMI/RFI shielding, thermal conductivity, dielectric issues, corrosion/abrasion issues, and lubrication necessities. Our ability to solve such a large array of productivity issues and cosmetic requirements is what makes us such a valuable asset to our partners.
COSMETIC Thermal sprayed coatings can be an effective alternative to several surface treatments.
FUNCTIONAL It can be a great way to cut costs, when trying mass produce a product.
SHIELDING Blocking the Electromagnetic field with barriers made of conductive materials.
MANUFACTURING Perfect for your prototypes stage of mass production stage.
High Performance Coating Process
EMI & RFI Shielding
Vivid applies a full range of conductive paint onto plastic components, which are widely used in the electronics industry today for EMI/RFI shielding and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention. Conductive paint is sprayed onto the plastic using an air atomizer or airless spray equipment. Another option for Shielding plastic is Twin Wire Arc Spraying Zinc or Copper.
Learn More Paint
Consistent quality paint finishing sustained at a high level of efficiency and at high volume can be a very difficult process. It is not enough to spray expensive paint, to use a ridiculously expensive applicator or even more expensive robot. Vivid has master this process.
Learn More Thick Film Technology
Thick film technology is a new and alternative application, usually in PCB production. This technology is used in demanding applications where long life, thermal endurance, mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, electrical strength, low dielectric losses, etc., are needed.
